Automation

Robots do the boring parts. Humans keep the interesting ones.

Built in n8n, wired to AI where it earns its keep. Nothing below is a screenshot: every workflow is a live playground.

A list of leads with websites goes in. AI reads each site and looks for real, fixable problems. If it finds some, the owner gets a short, soft email about them. No pitch, no template smell. When a reply lands, I take over and we talk like people. This one stays vague on purpose: you get the shape, not the recipe. It is also how I found some of my clients. Possibly including you.

Deliberately vague. This diagram is the case study version, not the blueprint. The interesting parts stay off the internet.

I hand it a list of topics. AI researches each one, builds an outline, then fans out: three section writers work in parallel while an image model handles the visuals. Everything merges into one long, structured, genuinely useful post, and it publishes straight to WordPress. Charts, images, internal links, meta description, all of it.

Idea in, published short out. Script, voiceover, visuals, assembly, upload, all without me touching it. I ran it as a real test on a real channel and the per-video results were decent. I retired it anyway: the AI API costs outran what that niche paid back. Keeping it here because an automation that gets honestly measured and shut down is worth more than one that gets hyped.
